COACHING · ONE TO ONE
The work is simple to describe and deliberately detailed in practice: understand the rider, build the plan, review the evidence, then adjust without ego.
Start with the rider
We look at your history, your constraints, your goals and the training you can actually repeat. The first job is to understand the person before we write the plan.
Build the training around real life
The plan needs enough stress to move you forward and enough realism to survive work, family, travel and fatigue. We keep it purposeful rather than complicated.
Review what the data is saying
Numbers matter, but only when they are read in context. Power, heart rate, feel and consistency all help decide whether to push, hold or back off.
Adjust before small problems become big ones
Good coaching is rarely dramatic. It is steady course correction, knowing when to change the work and knowing when to leave the athlete alone.
The voice stays consistent, the detail is shared, and the plan is shaped by two people who care about the same standards.
