I started Little Bleeders in because I know exactly what it’s like to be a kid with a bleeding disorder and be given a long list of things you’re not allowed to do. Here’s what I also know: being inactive on the sofa is as dangerous for us as any rugby pitch. The answer was never “do nothing”; it was “find what you can do, and do lots of it.” That’s the whole idea. We get young people with bleeding disorders moving and into swimming, cycling, sport of any kind that's safe, and we support families financially to do so.
